Established in 1996, Shree Mother Plast India Pvt. Ltd. (SMPL) is a trusted CDM/ODM manufacturer of high-precision plastic components and innovative home appliances catering to a wide range of industries including household, automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG, and industrial markets.
Headquartered in Chennai with manufacturing hubs in Pondicherry and Chennai SIPCOT, SMPL is an ISO 9001, TS 16949, and IATF certified company driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Our vertically integrated capabilities cover everything from design and tooling to production, assembly, testing, and logistics.
We are leading manufacturer of automotive plastic components, consumer electronics plastic components, home appliances plastic products and plastic fittings, furniture hardware products, plastic vacuum formed and thermoformed products. Established two decades ago, the Company has demonstrated rapid growth and is recognised for low cost manufacturing capabilities and established high quality client base.
Our Journey
Over the years, SMPL has transformed from a niche component supplier to a full-fledged manufacturer with a global client base. Our growth story spans across three distinct phases:
Strategic expansion in Pondicherry under new leadership, adding ISO certification and advanced injection molding.
Establishment of Unit IV in Chennai SIPCOT, acquisition of Belgian thermoforming technology, and entry into home and kitchen appliances manufacturing.
Our Infrastructure
4 Manufacturing Units: Spread across 5+ acres in Chennai & Pondicherry
Workforce: 50+ employees including engineers, QA specialists, and management professionals
Machinery: High-tonnage injection molding, CNC tooling, thermoforming beds, welding systems
Utilities: Combined power capacity of 1300+ KVA with full DG backup
Tool Room & Labs: Fully-equipped in-house tool design, maintenance, and quality testing facilities
