🔹 Injection Molding (40T–2000T)
70+ molding machines across Chennai and Pondicherry deliver small to large-sized automotive components with consistency and high repeatability.
🔹 Thick Thermoforming (2–8mm)
Imported German vacuum forming technology ensures durable, high-strength molded panels for underbody parts, covers, and transport trays.
We make high-quality plastic parts and assembled goods for the following applications:
- Automotive Parts (interior and exterior trims, HVAC parts, reer view mirrors, lenses, housings, grip parts, undercover, wheel guards, consoles)
- Washing Machines (Fully- and semi-automatic washing machines: more than 250 components including washer tub, assembled door panels, tub rings, filter cover assemblies, leak-tested housing dispensers)
- Refrigerators (single- and double-door parts such as vegetable tray housings)
- TV and visual displays (frames, stand bases)
- Air conditioners (back and front bodies, screen printing, etc.)
- Tower fans (back and front bodies)
